Stabilise your fatigue symptoms & take back control with my unique and successful pacing method.

When you’re struggling to cope with extreme fatigue, the thought of getting to a stage where you’re coping even a little better can feel so elusive. The key to moving from feeling that your life has been robbed, to getting back on your feet and learning to cope, is a successful Pacing strategy. Pacing is simple in theory but can be challenging to get right. That is why after the success of my standalone package I have crafted this online course using my unique and successful pacing method which will allow you to stabilise your fatigue symptoms & take back control of your life.

Click reset on your fatigue

Finding yourself having to tackle life with extreme fatigue is tough.
You very probably feel scared, frustrated and worried about what the future holds.

I know how you feel - I myself was diagnosed with ME/CFS, a common cause of extreme fatigue, back in 2010. I felt lost, bewildered and scared. But figuring out how to pace my energy was a big part of my full recovery journey. I want you to know that it is possible to find a way to cope better today and give yourself a more stable and consistent environment on which to achieve real improvements.

It felt so transformational when I achieved my own improvements that I realised I wanted to help other people achieve the same, and so for the last few years I've been doing just that. Many of the people I’ve supported have gone on to achieve great things, such as:

  • Returning to work after over a year of being on sick leave
  • Being at the birth of their first grandchild after finding it difficult to even leave the house for months
  • Successfully enjoying a foreign holiday for the first time in years, after barely being able to leave the house - let alone venture further than their neighbourhood.

Pacing can help you achieve your goals too!

My pacing method can:

  • Help you establish a structured, consistent approach to how you use your available energy every day.
  •  Show you how to get everything done without pushing yourself too much and triggering a relapse.
  • Give your whole system the stability it needs in order to heal and restore.
  • Make life feel so much easier … and very quickly too!
  •  SHOW you your energy baseline (Yes, really!).

During the course I’ll explain that pacing needs to be much more than just a concept.
Pacing needs to be a METHOD that you define and follow - and apply consistently. It needs to be a framework you apply to give you the confidence to make the right decisions every day.

Our shared journey

You’ll learn from my experience!

When I first heard how important pacing was, I was determined to adopt it. However, I quickly realised that although there was a lot about how IMPORTANT pacing is, there wasn’t anything at all about HOW to do it.

I had to figure it out myself from trial and error.

Finding a pacing approach that worked was one of the biggest contributors to me achieving a full recovery several years later.
Although my journey took a long time, it started to feel easier to cope with really quite quickly after I’d discovered how to pace.

I felt more confident about how I could keep my symptoms as low level as possible, and even began to feel it was safe to commit to future plans. Life became a little more predictable again, even if any thoughts of being spontaneous and effortless had to be put aside for now!

Now I’ve used my personal journey, plus my professional experience of helping hundreds of people like you crack pacing, to create my successful framework - which for the first time is now available as an online course.

My wish is that you crack pacing so much quicker than I did - so you can get back to living a fulfilling life.

Are you ready to commit to a pacing method that works?

If so...
You need structure.
You need planning.
You need discipline.

When you find those, the rewards are worth the effort. And I’ll show you how to get there.

As well as discussing how I helped him, he talks about other things that he feels contributed to his recovery. It's an interesting watch, but please understand that I'm not making any recommendations other than around the specific help I can provide through this course, and the other ways you can access my help.

Not sure if this is for you? Here is what others have said.

"I'm finding the course very interesting! I was hesitant about signing up initially as I'm not sure how much I could benefit from it, but I'm sure glad that I did as I love that you included a lot of nuances to pacing that is so important and yet not usually covered elsewhere."

Fiona

"I'm so impressed with your course. It's amazing how you make the videos nice and short so that energy isn't exhausted in one go and you have explained a very complicated thing very comprehensively and well. I've never found anyone who can explain how to get to the baseline before in enough detail."

Sally

Learning how to pace with Pamela enabled me to turn the corner in my recovery, and I was surprised at how quickly I saw an improvement - within a couple of months I felt like myself again. I was able to work full-time and return to many of the activities I enjoyed.”
