Tips for travelling successfully when you've got fatigue

It's important that we look for ways to bring joyful moments into our lives while we're on a fatigue rescue journey - and I often help my clients work through whether (and how!) to plan a vacation. It's often the case that they're wondering if it's even something they should contemplate while they're unwell, let alone dare hope that it could go well and that they'd enjoy it! In this webinar I share my best tips and pieces of advice to help you plan, and enjoy, a successful trip!
The guidance is also helpful if you need to travel for other reasons - e.g. to get to a medical appointment in a different city; or to travel for work.

I've helped many people plan, and achieve, successful travels during my six years as a Fatigue Coach - whether that be going on vacation, a work trip, or perhaps accessing important health treatment in a different city.

Over time I've seen which things are particularly helpful for them to consider in order to increase the chances that their trip will go well. And that's what I share in this webinar - my top tips and pieces of guidance as to how to plan and enjoy a trip away, including:

  • general pacing tips for travelling

  • helpful things to bear in mind while planning your trip

  • specific tips for different modes of transport (car, train, plane)

  • things you can do on arrival/your return to ensure the overall trip goes as well as it can
