I've recorded this 12 minute video to share my thoughts as to how the Visible app can help anyone already following my pacing method - or who's keen to sign up and access my expert help.

My pacing method has now guided well over a thousand fatigue journeys - and many of those have been supported by my 1:1 coaching help. In recent months, I've helped more and more people who have also been using the Visible app. And this has allowed me to build a very knowledgeable picture as to how it can help.

In summary, you don't need to use the Visible app, or any other gadget, in order to crack pacing. Indeed the vast majority of people I've helped have successfully figured out pacing without using any type of device. And they continue to move forwards with confidence.

However, more and more people are hearing about Visible and are reaching out to ask for my thoughts as to how it can help them crack pacing. And whether it's compatible with my help. And so I've recorded this informal video in order to answer some of your questions.
